Is hail damage always visible?
Not from the ground. Hail can bruise a membrane or crack a coating without leaving an obvious hole. An inspection with photos shows what is there.
What if water is coming in now?

Yes, on shingle roofs across apartment complexes, condos and townhomes, as well as commercial flat roofs.
