Coatings work when the roof underneath is still in good shape. Here is what we look for.
- Dry insulationA coating goes over a dry roof. Wet insulation has to come out first, and the inspection shows where it is.
- Problems at the detailsLeaks at seams, flashings and penetrations that can be repaired before the coating goes on.

What kinds of roofs can be coated?
Most low slope commercial roofs, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen and metal, as long as the roof underneath is sound. The inspection tells us whether yours is.
Does a coating stop leaks?
We repair the seams, flashings and penetrations before the coating goes on, and the coating seals the surface. A coating is not a patch for a roof full of wet insulation.
How do I know if my roof qualifies?
