Mansards
Many complexes have mansard roofs. We replace them along with the main roof, so the building is finished, not patched.
Fascia and trim
Rotted fascia and trim get replaced during the re-roof.

New gutters and downspouts when the old ones cannot be saved.

Can the re-roof be spread over more than one year?
Yes. Phasing lets the board spread the cost over more than one budget year, starting with the roofs that need it most.
Do you work with the board or the manager?
Whichever you prefer. Every building gets a photo report the board can read.
Do you handle storm damage on apartment roofs?
Yes. We document hail and wind damage with photos and meet the adjuster at the property.
